Stay for 1 night only but need 3 times call the technician, cause electric kettle broken, toilet can't flush, room not ready, door lock has problem.

- Slow response to fix some problems.- you need to take towels from your room to the pool (they don't provide pool towels)- you need to pay extra charge for borrowing cutlery.

One of the best hotel I've ever visit in Indonesia. Only the bf service is little bit lack on refilling the food. But the taste is superb!

It used to be good. Spa facilities doesn't work. Should remove it from descriptions. My room a bit dusty. Garden still well maintained.
