This is a sharia-compliant hotel, with halal food, God willing. There's a nice prayer room on each floor, and there's a water dispenser so you don't need to buy bottled water. The children's facilities are great.

When checking out, it took a really long time to check the room, it took almost 10 minutes or more, and I was asked several times, has it been checked yet, the answer was that they were still checking another room... hadeeeeh

The location is easily accessible. The facilities are excellent, especially the children's play area. There's an indoor playground, an outdoor playground, and a small water park. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Any complaints are promptly addressed. For example, during my stay, the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and the phone and TV were having issues. A technician quickly arrived and fixed the issue, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. However, the room was a bit dated, a bit stuffy, and damp. There were also lots of red ants.

It's easily accessible as it's part of Lorin, and the food is delicious, and the facilities are quite complete.
Unfortunately, the room cleanliness is very poor, with the bathroom smelling unpleasant. The bathroom floor was covered in dirt.

It's good, but the check-in time is very long, and the towels weren't immediately available, they were only delivered at night. I thought the staff got 4 keys when in fact they only got 2. The room is very cramped. Seruni is still better with the same price, but it's very spacious and can have connecting rooms.

A child-friendly hotel, when checking in during the holiday season it was busy but the receptionist at Lorin Syariah Sentul was a bit late in opening the table, so they were walking back and forth. The food variety is very lacking, not as good as hotels in its class... otherwise it's not bad

The room was so clean and comfortable for family. But please, if you want to stat with your family, please order Lorin hotel. Because, the room is comfortable for family time. Syariah Lorin Hotel was good too with the musholla facility. But, not with room. The room was so small and dark. It will be better if the room at Syariah Lorin hotel like Lorin. BTW, i've upgrade my room to the Deluxe Lorine Hotel. So, the score is for Deluxe Lorin Hotel

Hello, I’d like to share some feedback on my stay in the Junior Suite. The room felt a bit stuffy, the AC was not very cold, and noise from outside could be heard in the sofa area. Luckily, the extra door to the bedroom made it more comfortable. Thank you.

I stayed at the Lorin Syariah Hotel for the second time. It's not bad now. It's not like yesterday. The first time, the toilet smelled and the AC wasn't cold. But it's clean and there are dispensers in every corner.

Please pay more attention to amenities like air conditioning, door locks, glasses, kettles, and toiletries. Overall, the hotel is old but quite good. The dinner and breakfast food are also adequate. It's suitable for families with small children. The facilities are quite complete, and the swimming pool is kept clean.

A very child-friendly hotel, with a variety of play facilities and a kid-friendly swimming pool. It's perfect for a staycation with kids, and the staff is friendly.
The downside is that the rooms aren't soundproof, and live music from the restaurant can be heard from 7 to 10 p.m. Cleanliness and amenities need to be improved.

The room was so clean and comfortable for family. But please, if you want to stat with your family, please order Lorin hotel. Because, the room is comfortable for family time. Syariah Lorin Hotel was good too with the musholla facility. But, not with room. The room was so small and dark. It will be better if the room at Syariah Lorin hotel like Lorin.
