When I arrived, the AC wouldn't turn on, and it didn't seem to be well maintained, to the point that I moved and upgraded to the Lorin Hotel across the street and luckily it wasn't complicated.

The staff when checking in were not very friendly, not smiling enough. When looking for a room, the room numbers were a bit confusing because some were not in order. There were no towels in the bathroom, had to call first and then the towels would be sent to the room (hopefully they could be sent faster). The bathroom was not very clean, not very fragrant. The bed was comfortable. The TV and AC worked well.

Very good, there is murotal set outside the room, each floor has a prayer room. Suitable for families. Initially the AC in the room was not cold and was immediately checked. Because the damage could not be repaired, so moved rooms and the replacement room was better.

comfortable room, just a few items need to be updated, wifi doesn't reach the corner room, coincidentally I stayed there twice and got a corner room, breakfast menu is okay, sink 3028 is a bit dirty, the outside window of the room hasn't been cleaned, too bad the swimming pool is under maintenance

First time staying here. With this price, you can get a varied and delicious breakfast, it's really amazing. Only the cleanliness of the room is lacking because there is a lot of hair on the floor and it's a bit dirty. The rest is very good, there is a playground. Didn't go to the swimming pool because they said it was still under maintenance. Thank youuu!!

The staff is very friendly, the dining area is very spacious and has many choices, access to the hotel is not difficult, there are many car parks, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, the Quran is provided but unfortunately there is no prayer mat, some drawers are stuck and difficult to open.
