poor bathroom function. water gets spilled all over the floor because small shower wall and strange floor layout.. Broken water outlet cover fell off on my feet while showering. Slippery bathtub floor.
No coffee is provided. probably room cleaner forgets. many wall paper and interior were. long way to get to the fitness center even have to use staff elevator to get there, no lights on the way too. this hotel is just to sleep over night i guess.

The wallpaper was peeling off, the TV channels were not varied enough, the floor was dirty with food leftovers when we first entered the room, and the pillowcases were a bit dull. The service was very satisfying, and when we complained about dirt, the staff was quick to respond.

hotel staff during check in and check out are very friendly
access to the swimming pool why is the lift using a staff/goods lift? also hidden. the child became paranoid after swimming using the same lift
the pool is very nice, spacious. the children's and adult pools are both spacious. the children were satisfied swimming and it was hard to stop, even though it was cold
the breakfast menu lacks variety, it's breakfast time but the menu available is also not complete, want to eat chicken porridge, the porridge is still cold like it just came out of the refrigerator, not heated, the egg and spaghetti stands are not ready, spaghetti is not there, the chef also came before we compared to the chef when we wanted to eat eggs, hehe
overall nice and next to it is also a mall. can buy snacks and play playground for children too

Overall the hotel is quite good, maybe when the progress is finished it could be even better, just a suggestion, please provide a cafeteria in the swimming pool area, but direct access to the mall is very easy, for children they can also play in the mall playground without having to go far.
