The room was good enough, it just a little bit noisy when you get the top floor. However, the breakfast serves very well, tasty with many variant menu that you can choose.

I like the Ambience! it's a nice place to your longstay, the bed are so fluffy, water runs nice, you're the control of your aircon, and last but not least the food and service are nice, definitely will come back again here, Thanks Luminor !

Excellent food and beverage. Clean room, excellent amenities: comfortable bed, nice strong hot shower. Very helpful staff members. Efficient check in and check out process. All in all very enjoyable stay. Definitely will come back and tell my friends.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, tea and coffee are provided, there is a welcome drink, the breakfast menu is so extensive that it is confusing to choose, but overall all the menus taste good.

A pleasant experience staying at Luminor Hotel Jemursari^^ Even though the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. The parking lot is indeed narrow, but the hotel provides a parking attendant so customers can just get off in front of the lobby^^ The best is the food, there are various types and it is always refilled before it runs out^^

The staff are friendly, especially the front office and restaurant staff. The breakfast is incredibly varied and delicious. From the moment you enter the lobby it smells good and the rooms are clean. Next time I go to Surabaya, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff are all friendly, got a surprise upgrade to an executive room, thank you !! The room is spacious, the AC is cold, the wifi is smooth, the hot water is smooth, the mattress is soft, there is a kettle that can make tea and coffee, there is a refrigerator and free snacks, a dispenser outside the room can get enough drinking water, the breakfast has lots of variations and is delicious. The check-in and check-out process is not complicated. Will come here again if you want a staycation in Surabaya.
