actually the hotel was so good. I order for double bed but in the fact this is not available only twin bed. The one reason why I choose more expensive for this one to have a comfortable. If the hotel cant guarantee the order, do not show it in the list of order if its already full. Also I should wait morr extra in the lobby while check in. With this first check in experience make me not so happy.

Randomly stayed here because it went viral on TikTok, claiming the breakfast had a super wide variety and was delicious. It turned out to be true, it's the hotel with the best breakfast in Surabaya, I happened to stay overnight, hopefully the breakfast menu will always change so that those who stay more than one night won't get bored. The room is okay, not too spacious but not cramped, it's enough. There's a valley service for parking, so it's very helpful. If I come to Surabaya again, I'll stay here again😊
