The receptionist is not friendly, doesn't smile, serves us but is still talking to the person on the side, doesn't explain guest questions in a friendly & polite manner but seems to argue. Made our impression not to return to the big mango luminor hotel. Much more friendly & comfortable with the receptionist at Lumor Hotel Pecenongan. Leaving us to wait from 12 noon to 13:55, we were the ones who went back and forth asking for the last room to be served. If we don't ask, we are left sitting dumbfounded like idiots waiting. Kamar dengan view yang cantik bangunan, jujur aku suka banget sama perlengkapan kamar mandi, kamar tidur dan yang paling penting aku suka banget di hidangkan air mineral di dispenser. Jadi tidak perlu beli air mineral botol.

Pengalaman pertama nginep di Hotel Luminor Pecenongan 7 mei 2022, kamar 805. Saya suka lokasinya strategis,. Pelayanan ramah, mau kuliner gampang dan dekat, tapi sedikit kecewa dengan kondisi kamar nya. Yaitu: 1. Pintu kamar mandi rusak (tidak bisa dikunci) 2. Lampu depan kamar mandi kadang berkedip². 3. Yang paling fatal. AC tidak dingin, teknisi nya cukup sigap, malam-malam langsung dibersihkan indoor AC nya. Tapi tetap tidak dingin dan AC nya jadi bocor (keluar air di indoor nya). 4. Kebersihan dalam kamar kurang. (meja berdebu sprei bernoda). Semoga di kunjungan berikut saya bisa mendapatkan pengalaman yang lebih baik di Hotel Luminor Pecenongan ini.
