Terrible hotel. They charged me for a broken mug, which I did not do. It's cheap to pay the mug, but that unnecessary moment ruined my holiday mood.

Overall a pleasant experience while staying at the hotel, one thing that needs to be improved is the food in the restaurant which is more varied i.e. I didn't find any steak. Also, there needs to be an additional bar with more varied cocktail drinks.

the place is very strategic. Next to rita supermall and close to alun alun purwokerto. The pool is awesome, must try because it is very aesthetic. Breakfast is ok with many variations. Parking space is sufficient.

quite an interesting experience. hotel in the city center near the town square and next to rita mall. want to go to baturraden anywhere culinary nearby. the best right? comfortable room and clean bathroom. most importantly spacious parking. oh yes there is a free shuttle facility to the station and to the station. just call the hotel directly cuuss.. alone to pwt? no need to worry there is a free shuttle from the hotel ๐ฅ๐ฅ

Stayed because a family member passed away, picked up by the hotel at 01.15, was disappointed because the bathroom sink was leaking, it was immediately resolved. Soft mattress, breakfast with many menus, the taste is standard, because the access is close to Ajibarang so it is very easy to go back and forth. Overall a very helpful hotel for resting.

Overall good, but when I stayed, the AC in my room suddenly leaked heavily even though we had only turned on the AC for a few hours after being repaired by the hotel's AC technician, it was still leaking. Finally we were offered to move rooms. The breakfast food was quite delicious and varied. The service was friendly and responsive. The location is very strategic because it is in the heart of Purwokerto.

Overall good, all staff are very helpful, food is delicious. Maybe the area needs to be kept clean, I found a German cockroach walking on the soft drink table. The room is quite complete and the bed is comfortable, only the television is not a smart TV, hopefully it can be upgraded to a smart TV. The 2 bathroom doors 817 can't be closed, the next day I moved to room 815 which was quite good. If I go to Purwokerto later, I will definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is very strategic in the city center, complete facilities and the hotel staff are very friendly. but in my opinion for a deluxe room but not getting free bottled mineral water, it doesn't feel worth it. Mineral water is charged and there is no notification when checking in that mineral water in the room is paid. the rest of the hotel service is good ๐

Staying for a staycation with family, the check-in process is fast, the kids don't get bored while waiting for check-in because there is a playground, the room is neat, there is refillable mineral water outside the room, there is a welcome drink, the refrigerator is not cold ๐, the AC is perfectly cold, the kids are happy while swimming because there is a playground too. The bathroom is clean, there is a hairdryer, there are many choices of delicious food for breakfast. Next, if I have a staycation in Purwokerto again, I will stay here, because it is very kids friendly. ๐
