I was very satisfied staying at Hotel Luwansa. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for resting after a busy day. The room facilities are complete, from AC, TV, hot water, to toiletries. The bed is soft and the room feels spacious.
The staff service is very friendly and professional. The check-in process is fast and all staff are always ready to help if there are needs or questions. They are also quick to provide recommendations for places to eat and tourist attractions around the hotel.
The hotel's public facilities are quite complete. Breakfast is available with a variety of delicious menu choices. The lobby area is comfortable, and there is a meeting room that is suitable for business activities.
The location of the hotel is also strategic, easy to reach from the city center and the airport. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and souvenir shops, which add to the comfort of your stay.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Luwansa was very pleasant. This hotel is suitable for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Please teach us to pay attention to guest comfort because when we were resting this morning, the room door was forced open 3 times without knocking. Luckily, we installed a barrier lock so the hotel staff couldn't get in straight away!
