New hotel in Mojokerto city after 20th stay here there has never been a modern hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the parking lot is quite large, the facilities are complete, the amenities are also complete, the sheets are not clean, there are some brown stains. But overall satisfactory. With standard prices in general, quite affordable.

Rooms are not too small. The floor of the room and bathroom is a bit dirty, yes, there is a lot of dirt attached to a lot of dust. The table also has a lot of small ants. I've never been this frustrated before staying at a hotel, even though the hotel may have one or two drawbacks, but it's not a problem. I saw the reviews of this hotel were quite good, but it turned out that my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Just entered the room, immediately saw the floor was still a lot of dust + hair, and felt sticky. The bed linen looks not clean because there is hair and a lot of cloth fibers. I also complained to the receptionist, asking for the room to be re-cleaned or moving to another room if there was one. After waiting for a while, finally the cleaning service came, mopped and changed the bed linen. It's still not very clean but oh well, sorry for the cs, I finally cleaned the rest myself. After cleaning, when I looked at the coffee maker's table, it turned out that the water jug, glasses, and spoons were also dirty. Getting annoyed part 2. The teapot is a bit dusty, the glass has dried tea stains, and the spoon is dirty and sticky. It's okay if I wash the teapot myself, if the glass + spoon I complain again, I ask for a new one, so that the hotel also knows how the glasses and spoons provided in the room look. When I was going home, my car was stuck in the parking lot because it was covered by other cars. Besides me, there were other guests who were also trapped. The car that was blocking our car has been tried to be pushed but can't move, the hotel staff is confused about finding the car owner, I offer to check the CCTV spy, it's easy to find the owner, but there is no follow up. After almost 1 hour, then the owner of the car appeared. I was very upset because the hotel seemed less quick to find a solution, to the point that I had to wait that long and finally I was late for the event I was supposed to attend. From some of the inconveniences that I experienced, there was no compliment at all from the hotel. In the afternoon after checking out, a new wa was sent, it contained an apology and a promise to give a compliment. Kamar awal kurang dingin dan ternyata mode nya tidak sesuai dan telepon resepsionis langsung teknisi datang dan bantu benerin mode nya. Pintu kamar susah ditutup agak sedikit memaksa, didorong keras dan akhirnya agak berisik pas nutup erat. Lantai agak kotor ya banyak noda yang nempel-nempel gitu. Lubang air di kamar mandi banyak rambut-rambut jadi air banyak menggenang. Hari kedua minta tolong pindah kamar dan di bolehin.
