The friendliness is lacking, the food taste is still lacking, the service for children under 9 years old, why should they be charged 50% cash, while at the time of check in I had asked and they said under 9 years old are not charged cash, why are they still asked and the way of asking is inappropriate.. just a suggestion, for a five star class, if the staff is still like that, it's a shame, right..
