The overall service was okay yesterday in the room there were no towels and mats then called and they were immediately sent quickly .. the hotel atmosphere is comfortable and very quiet .. really comfortable for a staycation .. the pool area and the beach are clean .. suitable for a staycation with family ..
for breakfast there are many variations to the point of being confused about what to choose for breakfast but just a suggestion for fried tempeh and bakwan it would be better to make it impromptu like an omelet so it's still warm because it's cold so it's hard ..

All the staff, from security, reception, and maintenance, are friendly. The (superior) rooms are quite comfortable, but cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the corners. The swimming pool is clean, but a suggestion for the front is that a water park should be added so the kids can play. The beach is nice, with white sand, although there is a bit of trash.

The hotel grounds and parking are spacious, you get a free welcome drink and cake in your room, and it has its own play area and beach, so the kids are very happy staying here. Two minutes from the location, there is a delicious restaurant, Resto M, and Ind*mrt with BCA ATM facilities. All in all, it's great, thanks Mambruk

I was very happy with the friendly staff, but I was a little disappointed at check-in time, even though I had selected early check-in on the application, but when I arrived, I was informed that early check-in was not possible on Sundays. However, the place, location, and food were really good, the kids really liked it.

The rooms and surrounding area are nice, the hotel facilities are quite complete, and the food is quite tasty but lacking in variety. A key point might be to improve the friendliness of the staff, especially the restaurant and room service staff. I called the night before to borrow a bowl and cutlery, but they weren't delivered until check out. The restaurant staff also seemed to chat a lot and didn't help get a baby chair for guests with children (I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many guests). I also didn't see any lifeguards, instead some were reprimanding people swimming in the pool wearing clothes.

This resort is very comfortable, the atmosphere is nice, the parking lot is deliberately made close to the room. The room is clean and spacious, so spacious that I'm confused about what to do, but it would be better if it had a sofa. There are lots of empty spaces so it's suitable for bringing kids. But maybe this is just a suggestion, there are lots of empty spaces but there is only one playground, maybe it can be made again for the rooms at the end so they don't have to be far away, and there are lots of empty spaces but there are very few benches for relaxing, maybe more benches can be added. Especially in the swimming pool area, there are very few benches and it's close to the beach. I like the resort service, I swear all the staff are very friendly. For the restaurant food, I think the taste is a little lacking, but people's tastes are different. If we order restaurant food, it tastes delicious. Anyway, I really like it and will come back again.
