The air condition is not cool enough and have been complaining about it but seems the respond not good, we have been asking to changed room but the hotel people give reason that all the air condition is the same but seems they are lazy to prove it

Clean rooms, clean toilets, adequate facilities to stay for work. Equipment such as blankets, towels may need to be upgraded because many are torn.

There is no notification if the room ordered is not available, order a king bed with a twin bed. The condition of the room is stuffy and not maintained.

About midnight July 29th, electricity was cut off. We are in complete dark. I tried to call someone from the hotel. But none answered my call, even hotel number can't be reached from my mobile. Seems everybody runaway or perhaps none stay at hotel during night time. It is crazy, they left guess in limbo. Would be cathrastopic in even of worst emergency. Would never stay in this hotel anymore.

No toilet paper (when we were asking about it, they casually said: belum belanja-but no action!), always give breakfast to the wrong room 😑.
