The location is fantastic, easy to explore the surrounding city. For a 5 star hotel the price is quite cheap. The rooms are nice, spacious, futuristic, the pool is okay. The facilities in the hotel are okay, the breakfast is good

Just want to say SATISFIED
For that price you can get a really nice room, not cramped, luxurious, clean, not smelly, not scary, AC is okay, wifi is okay, the staff is really great… will come back again… hopefully there will be frequent promos 🤣
Just stayed one night for a graduation event, not satisfied because I didn't enjoy it, chasing graduation time…. Hopefully later I can get a good price again plus breakfasts.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good. The food has many variations. The room is comfortable & spacious. For compliments, it could be improved again, For a 5-star hotel, compliments could be more varied and in greater quantities. Especially for drinking water, not only 2 bottles but more (although when asking for room service, additional drinking water can be provided). The bathroom is large, clean & comfortable. The closet was jammed (2 rooms that had a little problem out of 3 rooms), maybe the closet maintenance could be considered again. But overall, I was satisfied staying at Mangkuluhur Artotel.
