Fasilitas kamarnya banyak yang sudah rusak, kondisi kamar juga kotor bahkan ada kecoa juga. Saya tau yang saya booking kamar yang classic, cuma ya begitu, mau classic-luxury sekalipun kebersihan dan kenyamanan konsumen seharusnya lebih diperhatikan.

If you want to open the door, it's a bit hard, and if you open it too wide, it's like it's going to fall off

No more bookings here, it's been 3 disappointing times. Complaints matter until all night is not finished. The water turns off until noon, people really don't need to take a shower and so on.
