All good, receptionist is nice and fast. But I encountered 1 staff that really not nice to us. And why the motor parking is not connected to the lobby?

Saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini, karena harga terjangkau, staff sangat ramah, bed ukuran besar, ada valet parking. Kebetulan untuk kesempatan kali ini saya mendapat kamar dengan AC bocor.

I am a bit disappointed with the hotel service. Spending for 2 nights here, yet the staff didn't makeup the room for the day two and no amenities in the room. I tried to call the front office and he said that it is based on the cust req, oh come on.

Meh, room was hot. Kecil bgt too. Keycard cuma 1 is an inconvenience, location is your only A point. The security guard is also 👍.

I enjoyed staying at the MaxOne Dharmahusada Hotel, relatively close to Gubeng train station. I love the ambience, staff 's hospitality, and the satisfying breakfast on the rooftop.

The room is too dark; Some facilities are not well maintained; The idea using the room number with light on the floor make me silly cause you'll never look down when finding the direction or room number.
