One of my favorite hotels in Harapan Indah Bekasi, until I forgot how many times I was there. The staff is soo friendly and the bedroom is spacious, clean, and soundproof.

Stay in room 509. The service is okay, the staff is friendly, pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom is a bit less well maintained less clean, swing door locknya gone, but the air conditioning josss. Team FO and Security is jossss.

I took a family suite on the 41st floor. The view was great. The room had two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a twin bed. There was also a small kitchen, dining table, and a large refrigerator. Highly recommended for large families. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and always smiling.

I stayed overnight because it was close to the campus where my child was taking part in orientation. I was just a short walk across the street because I had to start school early at 7am, so it was very helpful.
