Maya is a very comfortable hotel to stay. The staffs are very friendly & kind. Combining between uniqe architecture, greenery and sea view, the place is incredible. Enjoying breakfast and afternoon tea at rooftop restaurant is my favorite. Free yoga program with many choices of time and its afternoon tea is definitely makes me want to just stay at the hotel. Maya is a hotel where I want to stay, not just to sleep. Thank you to the hospitality of front office, spa staff, yoga teacher and restaurant staff. Keep it even in busy days. One more thing, this hotel is also comfortable for working. A working desk is available in the room and the hotel location is near many good restaurants just in minutes of walk.

Always pleasant staying in here and their room is so beautiful. This time we got upgraded one time. Hopefully next we can get double upgrade, since we already experienced triple upgrade, because we really want to try the lagoon. Thank you

It was my first experience visit to sanur beach with my family, and we make a great decision to stay @ maya sanur, everything was perfect, begin we came until check out we get excellence service and a lot of smile from the staff, the healthy protocol is good, really safe if you travelling with your kids, the room is very clean and big, so many channel television, the main pool and the view is very beautiful when the sunrise, breakfast is enough in the pandemic situation we can still get the delicious food, and don't forget to use your free voucher of photograph in hotel area. Super comfortable and they even upgraded my room from the garden view to the one with a Swimming pool access. Their service is top. Would love to be back again soon

Amazing stay at Maya.
Our 2nd stay at the Maya in last 2 years,
Resort is beautiful ,staff amazing,rooms lagoon access incredible,our 10 year old son loved the pool access room.
The resort is a full 5 stars in regards to simply everything, the resort is smaller than the other 5 star resorts in sanur,but much more intimate and the size just perfect.
Location,either beach side walking path,and then street side with spas, restaurants, bars everywhere.
We fully recommend the Maya,been to Bali 5 times over 25 years and Sanur by far the best location in Bali.

This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$.
The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable.
The family pool is not quite big enough in our view. And the hotel is on a very narrow block - unlike the sprawling Hyatt a few doors up.
The service is impeccable and a great restaurant.
Good for kids/families who seem to be everywhere. What it doesn't have is an 'adults only' pool in a quiet area. That would be nice.
Overall, 5 stars because of the rooms, service and restaurant.

We loved this hotel. The pools are a huge highlight, as is the spa. Amazing breakfast and walkable to the mall and many shops and restaurants. The rooms are incredible and everything is so clean. Would hugely recommend this hotel.

Maya Perfection! Nothing to fault with this incredible place. The beach location is perfect, staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are modern and of a high standard, grounds are perfectly maintained, oh and that lagoon pool was so dreamy! My wife and I arrived on our wedding anniversary so they upgraded our room to a lagoon suite and left us some sweet treats in our room which was a thoughtful touch. Happy hour at the tree house bar was a great way to spend the afternoon and the buffet breakfast was an incredible spread. There’s no doubt we will be staying at the Maya again!
