I left my airpods pro at the hotel and just realized it when I arrived at the airport, but no staffs have notified me until now. I have tried many times to contact hotel via calls & emails but no response. Bad services.

Rooms too old and smells bad, need many renovation. No soap, 1 mini tooth paste for 2 paxs in a room, the only good point is the air con is very cold.
