I was staying 1 night in Mercure PIK Jakarta with my wife and my sons to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary :-) It was truly great experience to have kind of staycation in Mercure PIK. A very friendly warm welcome from Hotel's Team Member, especially by Ms. Ade She's very nice, cheerful and helpful person from check-in process until check-out. She help to arrange for us to have nice stay by setting simple but sweet decoration in the room (If I'm not mistaken, it also helped by Ms. Natalia), give 2 Activity Books for my sons and complimentary cake with greetings card for my Wedding Anniversary. Moreover, once we're going to leave the hotel (check-out), she also together with Pak Hendianto help us to find missing shoes of my son that left in the room. That kind of experience makes Mercure is a lovely place to stay. The view (both city and beach view), swimming pool, cleanliness, food, etc. was very great. Looking forward to have another stay in Mercure PIK :-)

Overall very satisfied, easy access to mall for lunch or dinner, a lot of interested area to be visited around the hotel. Still need improvement on shower, water pressure rainfall is not too high and sanitary flew to outside

First time trying to stay at Mercure Pik, strategic location, easy access to the mall, the room size is not too big, I thought there would be conditioner and body lotion in the room, but it turns out there wasn't, the staff were nice and friendly

Last night, there was a problem when checking in, I wanted to change my check-in schedule to the 12th and check out on the 13th, because my flight was delayed, I called the hotel to change the schedule, then I was directed to Traveloka, when I called Traveloka, I was told to ask for approval from the hotel, like being toyed with, being passed here and there, there was no way out, rather than losing my money, I finally checked in, and just checked out, please give me a way out if there are customers experiencing problems like this
