Everything is good except the wifi is still manual so there are lots of users so the network is not optimal (Lemot).

Overall the building the room was OK. But the bedsheets and pillow smells the first time I laid on it, the bathroom towel had black stains on it, and they forgot handsoap.

Extremely dusty room, housekeeping only clean what they can see (around eye level). Have they actually done general cleaning? There was even SOMEONE 's dirty underwear left behind. The main manager said he will contact me again after they re-cleaned the room, never happened. Only left a plate of fruit, no compensation offered. They offered us to move to another room AFTER they clean the other room, but what 's the point as we will be back late and check out early the next morning. Shower was semi clogged. The drainage can't keep up with the water from the rain showerheads, making shower flooded.

1. The room smell cigarette smoke even though from the beginning already request for non-smoking room. 2. There are cigarette burn mark on side table and sofa. 3. There is visible stain on the base of open wardrobe in the room. 4. There is also little spots of visible stain on the bedsheet. 5. The towel provided looks worn out, highly suggest the management to change to a new towel. Previously when staying here there is no complain and it was a pleasant experience, but was very surprised with the room condition this time. Hopefully hotel management is aware of this feedback and evaluate. Will be thinking twice before staying here again in the future.
