The experience of staying the umpteenth time at the pigeon hotel. This visit I was satisfied. There is only 1 input for hotel management, in order to improve the tv channel in each room. Incidentally I got a tv channel that was not of good quality, a lot of ants so it was a bit uncomfortable to watch. For the taste of the breakfast menu is good, keep it up. For sleeping comfort, it's okay. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is good.

Already subscribed to Merpati Hotel. Continue to improve service for guests. All services from the Merpati Hotel were satisfactory, the taste of the food was okay, check in and check out went smoothly. Room facilities are satisfactory, you can sleep soundly.

Quite pleasant, the bedroom is decent, there is a wardrobe, there is a refrigerator, large KM. Suggestion: Improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and bed again. See you next time.

The experience of staying at the Merpati Hotel for the umpteenth time, every time I go to Pontianak, I always stay in a pigeon. In general, the service from hotel employees is quite satisfactory, sleep is comfortable. There are only a few notes when you get a room without a window so it feels stuffy even though there is air conditioning, this is because there is no fresh air circulation (there are no windows in the room) and you can get television facilities that are not clear enough to broadcast TV channels. The rest of the services provided by the management of the pigeons to guests are good.

I give 4 stars, the first time I stay here, I get a promo price for a superior twins bed room. But the position on the 3rd floor has a bathtub. Walking with suitcases up to the 3rd floor is tired. 1. Rooms are okay, AC is cold, breakfast is good. 2. Staying here is not noisy, very quiet, only the air conditioner in the room sounds quite noisy and annoying, suddenly it doesn't sound like it. Kenceng surprised me. 3. Staff from reception to house keeping are very friendly. 4. The place is indeed an old hotel but the position of the new building is at the very front, minus there is no elevator which is rather difficult for those who carry a lot of luggage. 5. The room is clean tidy, 1 towel smells of cigarette smoke, 1 smells good. 6. For vehicles that enter, you have to turn around at the back end and then you can arrive at the lobby again. The page is not very wide. Apart from that, I like staying here. Because it's quite quiet, not too noisy, there's only the sound of swallows around.

Very spacious room. AC works. On the 2nd day of the night there was an error access to the room key and had to open it manually. Good service. Economical price. Breakfast is so so. Clean. Unfortunately there is no lift. For parents, it might be better on the 1st floor. Because up and down is pretty good.
