The rooms are exactly like the pictures, comfortable and have a wokeh service. Close to tourist attractions. Morning can jog GOR by just walking. Evenings can be refresed to the Mall. Swim to your heart's content. Very suitable for family refresing because it has 2 swimming pool facilities. Even my husband swam until 10 at night ๐. Basically satisfied. If there is a time I want to go back again.

The location is strategic in the city center, and in front of it there is J. Co, CGV, gas station, kopken too. The staff is very humble, the breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is clean and almost no chlorine smell, and the coolest thing is the hotel concept which is the Garden Concept in the middle of the city. Plus the vintage furniture combined with the modern renovation makes it really cool. I will definitely come back to stay here again if I go to Samarinda. The best hotel in Samarinda, in my opinion.

Positive:
- Friendly staff.
- Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of choice.
- Public swimming pool and swimming pool for guests are very large and clean.
- Beautiful natural environment.
Negative:
- There's a clearly visible general lack of maintenance. Eg. wood is used everywhere but needs a repaint, especially in the guest rooms. In the public swimming pool iron bars are missing and the doors of the changing rooms are broken. Please use new doors of better material for the changing rooms and replace the missing iron bars of the swimming pool.

Large buffet breakfast with many options.
Open space breakfast and dining area with natural surroundings feels like you sit in the nature. Due to this natural open environment our breakfast was everyday very joyfull.
The very big public swimmingpool and the swimmingpool for hotel guests was everyday filled with clean water.
Notwithstanding that the hotel looks great with a natural environment there's a noticeable lack of maintenance.
Wood is used everywhere in the hotel which looks very old. Almost all wooden furniture, especially in the guest rooms, needs a repaint.
The public swimmingpool also needs maintenance.
Iron bars are broken. The wooden doors of the locker rooms are crooked and damaged. Why aren't these doors replaced with better material that doesn't break easily?
In short, the hotel looks great in a beautiful natural setting but is in need of major maintenance.

The cheapest room... is said to have kindly provided a bathtub, as if to say:
"Please take a bath and forget all your fatigue for a moment."
But sadly, digital entertainment is still considered a luxury. There's no Netflix, no Disney, no YouTube, as if the world of entertainment has stopped behind this room's door.
Ironically, in this era of everything online,
Entertainment has been cut off, even though a bathtub without entertainment is just a small pool for silence and contemplation.
Wouldn't it be more constructive if physical facilities were also equipped with digital touches?
Because true comfort isn't just a relaxed body, but also an entertained mind.

The toilet smelled bad. I complained and only sprayed air freshener. I asked what if it still smelled bad. Her response was hilarious: "Ma'am, I left the air freshener here." ๐
The toilet flush wouldn't turn on, so I fixed it right away. ๐๐ป
The phone wouldn't work, so I replaced it right away. ๐๐ป
