Lots of cockroaches, asked for help cleaning but was given insect spray. The previous guest's trash was not thrown away. Soap was not prepared, even though the rental was for 2 nights.

Kami bayar sesuai harga yang kami bayar di traveloka, tetapi nyatanya kami malah di pungut biaya 50ribu di hari ke-2 dengan alasan harganya seharusnya yang di patok hotel bukan oleh traveloka, kami merasa di tipu dan di palak. Dan kamar yang kami nginap bersebelahan dengan tempat dugem/diskotik, kami kesulitan untuk tidur nyenyak karena berisik musik-musik dugem. Tertulis ada fasilitas TV tp kenyataannya TV gak bisa dipakai/nyala. Kami nginap di hari pertama, malah ketemu maaf pembalut wanita di plafon, persis d alat pendeteksi asap. Jijik. Tidak recommended.

Bagus hotelnya, air panas. Cuma sayang, kesana harus bayar parkir lagi mobil 40 ribu, motor 30 ribu. TV-nya juga gak ada siaran karena diputus internetnya.

Untuk kamar sih ok bersih. Tapi sayang parkiran harus bayar. Kan lumayan bisa 50k lebih. Harusnya parkir untuk tamu hotel itu free. Cukup sekali deh nginep di sini.

Pas check in di minta bayar 50ribu katanya untuk biaya admin, padahal pesan dan sudah bayar lewat aplikasi traveloka. Ranjangnya bau apek, gak worth it banget apalagi bawa anak kecil.

1. Untu kebersihan & kenyamanan. Oke nyaman bersih rapi kalau cuma sekedar istrah t.-wifi.-saluran tv sama sekali gak ada. Pas di tanya. Katanya hotel baru jadi sementara proses. Sabun mandi juga gak ada, hanya ada sikat gigi. Trus kemana-mana jauh. Saran kalau mau nginap sediakan jajan dan air secukupnya. Karena naik turun lumayan jauh, tapi saya akui pelayanan ramah memuaskan. Next akan nginap lagi di hotel ini, muda-muda wifi dan TV uda ada nanti. Recommend sih.

The room is nice, clean, looks new but the bed makes sounds like an old bed. There is no Wifi and TV broadcasting, please install it immediately so that guests feel at home in the room. Thanks.

The room was spacious, clean, the AC was cold, it was just a shame that at that time the TV wasn't broadcasting, he said the Wi-Fi hadn't been installed yet, maybe because it was still new. But overall it's good and if it is maintained in good condition it will definitely sell.
