This is my 2nd time staying there. I love the initiative of providing water dispenser at the corridor to avoid plastic bottle waste. The hotel contributes greatly to environmental conservation. The room is super cozy with good lighting and amenities. Internet connection is also good, and I have no complaint about it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, from the doorman, to the front desk, to room service.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel laundry is very fast and responsive when you need urgent ironing assistance, the room and environment are clean, the city light view from the 5th floor room is very beautiful. Thank you Midtown

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here because the access is really easy to go anywhere... especially if you are looking for a place to eat around the hotel, it is really complete. I highly recommend staying here if you are on business or stayingcation with family.
