Overall, they give us excellent service for a family of 14. I booked 7 rooms for our families including children, and everyone enjoys our stays in this hotel. - Children love the infinity pool with a great view. - Mothers love the cleanliness (housekeeping always cleans up the room every day). - I love the very affordable price (from price to value, this is one of the best for a 3-star hotel). - Fathers love the surrounding area (easy access to the mosque for prayers, lots of restaurants nearby, billiard sport in the mall). - Strategic location from the city's center. Will definitely rebook for any activity in Jakarta in the future. Thank you for the service.

When we got there, we were told to add 100 thousand because they said the price on Traveloka was wrong, but it could be claimed, we had to wait for the room even though it was already 2 pm. The food was also just ordinary.

The service is okay, the room is okay, the breakfast is okay but the soto is bland, and the lontong sayur tastes lacking, there is no savory sweet and salty taste, the swimming pool even though it has just been maintained in the morning when it was used was still a bit dirty, and the steps in the pool have a lot of ceramics that have come off so it is sharp and dangerous for children, hopefully it can be fixed overall I was happy staying there because the view from the room is good thank you

The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance on Tuesday, the 4th. They said it would open Wednesday morning, but it wasn't. So I couldn't enjoy the pool. The food was mediocre for a hotel of this class. There was no fruit for breakfast. There were only bananas, and bananas are really heavy to eat after breakfast. The room TV only had local channels, and even then, they were always glitchy. The TV was terrible. For those who want to go to the mall, don't expect anything. The mall is small and empty, so if you come here, you'll only sleep. You won't enjoy it at all. Parking wasn't worth it. I rode a motorcycle and it cost 7,500, an overnight stay cost 30,000, and I paid 37,000 for parking.

For prices above 300, it might be better. Make sure there's a room check section. This way, there won't be any complaints from users. The air conditioner in the room is drafty (is it the AC or the fan?) There's still hair under the mattress. When I complained and gave information to the receptionist, their face was very flat, as if they didn't respond. Perhaps in the future, please check each floor and each room to ensure the facilities are functioning and clean so they're comfortable to use. The door is difficult to close because the keyhole is broken. The bathroom freshener has been used but hasn't been replaced. Hopefully, they'll be more aware in the future.
