a guest house that feels like a hotel, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean, the breakfast is simple and delicious, the staff is also friendly and helpful. then here there is a choice of rooms for 3 people which is rarely found in other hotels/guest houses. here there are also many aesthetic photo spots and on the 4th floor there is a rooftop that can see the view of the city of Bandung 🤩 the location is also very close to Bandung station, just walk there. basically the best for mogens 👍✨️ next time to Bandung will stay here again

Stayed for two nights. The guest house staff are friendly and helpful. The room is neat and clean. Check in at night and the staff are also alert. Breakfast with a simple menu, but delicious. The atmosphere of the guest house is very comfortable, quiet, far from the noise of the streets. Strategic location, close to everywhere, even to the station can be walked. Less than 1 km. p The weekend holiday experience to Bandung became more enjoyable because I stayed at Mogens. Thank you, Mogens.

Everywhere is close, I like walking so it's fun, near Bandung station, governor's office, Braga street, Kartika Sari souvenir shop. I checked out at 12 and was still allowed to leave my stuff because my train was scheduled for 7 pm. Thank you very much.

1. Traveloka's photos don't match the hotel's condition. 2. The entire area smells of dampness and cigarettes. 3. It's absolutely filthy. 4. The price should be 120,000, not 350. 6. I won't be going back. It's so gross.

Hello everyone, please allow me to clarify the following inconsistencies in your review of Mogens Guest House: 1. The photos you attached are not of our hotel and therefore do not match the photos you compared on Traveloka. Our bathroom tiles are grey, as you see on Traveloka, but the tile sizes are different. Furthermore, the wall types and bathroom layouts are distinctly different. Therefore, your attached photos are inaccurate. 2. We maintain cleanliness throughout our property according to a set schedule. Regarding areas with cigarette odors, guests are only permitted to smoke in outdoor areas and on the rooftop. All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is prohibited indoors. Therefore, your statement about cigarette odors throughout the property is clearly inconsistent with our hotel's policies and conditions. Additionally, all hotel areas are equipped with CCTV cameras. If any guest violates the smoking policy in prohibited areas, we will immediately warn them and take appropriate action. 3. Regarding the dirty areas you mentioned, if you encounter any unpleasant issues during your stay, you can immediately inform the reception staff, and we will address them promptly. 4. Regarding your claim that the price is not worth it, room rates are officially determined by the booking platform based on the standard amenities and services we provide, not solely by us. 5. In conclusion, viewing the attached photos and review content does not reflect an actual experience staying at our hotel. We hope you will review this review again to avoid misunderstandings for other guests. Thank you for your review. Seriously, this guesthouse is really great. Strategic location. Very close to Bandung station and the governor's office, about 5 minutes by car. The price is okay, the facilities are okay, the room is super spacious. There is no elevator yet, but the staff helps carry it to the room. The downside is the slow wifi and the breakfast menu is minimal. Day one: rice, noodles, egg rolls, toast, cereal, 1 traditional snack. Day two: fried rice, mendoan, toast, cereal, 1 traditional snack. Day three: rice, noodles, fried food, toast, cereal. And another downside is that they can't lend an iron to bring to the room. Please, the guesthouse can lend an iron to bring to the room. For those who wear the hijab, it's really complicated to go down to the room, put on clothes again to cover their aurat just to iron at the reception area, after all, guests have a deposit. For things like rules and room amenities, there's no need to print them out and put them on the table in each room. In Javanese, that kind of attitude is called clumsy. For stays longer than one day, it seems the staff should ask the guest whether the room is cleaned or not.

For breakfast, we will consider adding more options beyond the main menu, such as bread topped with sugar and jam, fruit, chocolate chips, and cereal, in addition to the milk, tea, and coffee already available. Regarding the iron not being allowed in the room, all guests are permitted to use the ironing facilities and ironing board provided in the reception area. Room rules are standard hotel regulations and detailed information is provided to avoid misunderstandings between guests and the guesthouse. Information regarding room amenities is provided to indicate what amenities should be available in the room. If anything is missing, please let us know so we can address it. For guests staying more than one night, we recommend informing reception and placing a "Clean Room" sign on your door if you require room cleaning. Staying at Mogens is nice..quiet and not noisy neighborhood..it feels like staying at home..comfortable..the TV is already a smart TV..the mattress is also safe..the only minus is the refrigerator can't be used because it smells plus the jet wash water in the bathroom is leaking so there is something stagnant. Breakfast is bread and rice...it's delicious even though it's simple. Overall, if you want to watch cheap movies in Bandung that are comfortable, just go to Mogens

If you have a vehicle, it's very convenient, close to everywhere, but if you don't have one, it's a bit complicated because it's not near the main road. But for resting, it's comfortable, quiet, and quiet. The room is clean, the facilities are sufficient for the price. I stayed in an executive king room, the bed is large. However, the breakfast menu doesn't have too many variations, I suggest at least having two main dishes or just an omelet. Overall, it's a pleasant stay here.

First time staying here, beyond expectations because almost everything was impressive from the first to being greeted by the staff and the check-in process was fast, got a room on the 1st floor at the very end and when I first entered, wow, the room smelled fragrant and was very clean and the room was spacious with large glass windows on the side. Atmosphere/Facilities: soundproof room even though it was on the roadside. Food: There was a buffet breakfast of fried rice, cereal, porridge, fried foods and bread. There was a grill too. Staff Assistance: the staff helped with the check-in process and when checking out the vehicle was already prepared. Highlights: spacious, clean, AC, clean, fragrant and water heater available. Price: the price is worth it to get such a special room. Location: close to the stadium and access to the main road.

This is my second stay at Mogens. The room is clean, comfortable, the air conditioning is cold, and it's close to everywhere I want to go. It's also very close to buy Kartika Sari souvenirs.
