this hotel is super great! check-in and check-out process were easy and fast, nice service, the location is so strategic - near indomaret and plenty of food, the room is super clean though it's quite small, the bathroom is really okay. would book this hotel again another time!

The staff are helpful as usual. The room is cozy for just one person or two. The location is perfect if you prefer to go northside of the city or the city center.

The facilities are not good hehe the AC is not cold, luckily we can move rooms, if not it would be a big loss to pay a lot and get charred too, but the room facilities are not good next time, so that those who stay here don't complain a lot and are comfortable, sorry if the comments are a bit unpleasant.

TV channels that have poor pictures should be fixed so they are comfortable to watch. Please check the AC that is low on freon. Mr. Agus is very good at providing service. Hopefully the price is not too high, especially since there is no breakfast.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, one thing that made me uncomfortable was the leaking AC in my room, dripping water not only in one room but also in other rooms. I would like to request that the hotel fix this. Thank you.
