The breakfast was impressive. Very varied and high-quality. If I were to return to Surabaya, I would 100% stay here again. The hotel facilities are also excellent. The gym is fully equipped and there's a sauna. The best.

The ambiance is nice, the room is quite spacious and clean. The breakfast menu is quite varied, the favorite is the soup corner (laksa, sukiyaki, steamboat). In-room dining is also satisfying. Typical of East Java, it seems, the food portions are large. The ote-ote and fried rice are champions👍 The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and care are friendly. The hotel location is also not far from shopping centers, coffee shops, museums..

Everything is ok, especially for me who is picky about bathrooms. The breakfast is clean, the croissants are delicious, maybe because it's crowded, the stuff isn't very friendly, but the stuff in the restaurant is all ok.

A place that I highly recommend for a place to stay because it is close to everywhere, the place is clean and tidy and the service is good and the staff are always friendly to us, the food is delicious, the location is very strategic, there is an Alfamart if there is anything you need.

It's a 4-star hotel but it feels like a 5-star hotel.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean...with excellent room amenities.
The breakfast menu is varied (from Western to local dishes), and it's delicious too...
If I were to go to Surabaya again, my first choice would be Morazen.
