Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya is located at kayoon street, near Submarine monument, delta plaza, hokky supermarket, and the best branch of warung bu kris. In my opinion, it has a 5-star interior class because the design really looks luxurious. Upon entering the hotel, we first dropped our luggage at the drop-off and then proceeded to the parking lot. The parking lot actually can accommodate a lot of cars, it's just that that day was full because there was an event. The check-in process was no problem and fast, given 2 room keys. The lobby interior is very charming with a touch of dark, grey and gold colour combinations. The building materials used are also quite expensive. We used the elevator to get to our room. The corridor is too dark so the interior is not highlighted. I hope they can add some downlight lighting. Entering the room, it turns out that the key has been given in the key tag so the room is already cold and very comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, the interior is dominant in wood and grey colours and the facilities are quite complete. The honeymoon set request was granted, and given an elephant art towel and a strawberry cake slice (thank you Grand Dafam). The room is quite clean, unfortunately, there is one spot on our bedside table where dry watermarks have not been cleaned. Mattress size is 2x2 meters with a bed runner, 2 pillows, 2 bolsters and 2 decorative pillows. The mattress was in excellent condition and very comfortable to use so we could rest well. The floor uses granite tiles but the mattress area is equipped with carpet so that when you get out of bed your feet stay warm. Rooms are equipped with armchairs, comfortable chairs and work desks Minibar, TV with HDMI port, SDB, alarm clock, slipper, laundry bag, and a luggage rack. Complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, tea sachets and coffee are also provided. The bathroom is not too spacious but has a travertine colour with good ambience lighting. The shower is only a hand shower without a rain shower. There is a see-through glass in the room but it is equipped with a roller blind for cover. The amenities of Budi Jaya's production and the packaging are very elegant in black and gold. Other facilities include a semi-indoor semi-outdoor swimming pool of sufficient size, a very minimalist kids club, a podium with synthetic grass, a gym with complete equipment with a life fitness brand but locked, and a restaurant that is quite spacious with a luxury interior. What's even more surprising is that the emergency stairs are painted with a peacock motif. Breakfast is served as a buffet with service hours from 06.00 to 10. It's not difficult to get a seat because the restaurant has a lot of seating. In my opinion, the food variants are complete even for 5 stars and the taste is very suitable for my tongue, especially the Asian food. The types of food include Fresh juice and healthy drink, chilled juice and infused water, coffee and tea, slice fruit, salad bar, buffet line (fried rice with sausage, fried vermicelli, stir-fried long beans, green chilli chicken, fish with sambal match, various chilli sauces, various crackers, Indomie, sausage and egg corner, porridge, western food (potatoes, tomatoes, beans), yellow rice, gluten chicken soup, bakery pastry, French toast, ice cream, cookies, cereal, Madura porridge, pudding.

Rooms are clean, staffs are very nice and helpful. Foods are very tasty

Staff was nice and polite. Very clean hotel and good ambience. The room was spacious, bed was comfort and clean. Sink was leaking. Love the breakfast. They are all delicious. Value for money.
