The room I chose was a Deluxe.
1 double bed was quite nice and good. The receptionist was friendly. When I entered the room, the room was already cold. The bed was neat and clean. With a blanket and 2 pillows. The bathroom was clean. But there was no hot water. You got toiletries like soap and a toothbrush. It was quite recommended for the price. There was Wi-Fi, but unfortunately there was no restaurant/cafe.

The bathroom door should be replaced with a proper one because the wood is very rotten, the blankets and bed sheets should be replaced with clean ones and the trash in the room should be thrown away every day for the staff when checking out. Please use polite language.

The receptionist was unfriendly, initially blaming the customer for booking a room that didn't match their rate, even though the customer had only chosen the one provided by the app.
The mattress was itchy, the sheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned, and there wasn't enough trash can in the room.
The shower water was very low, requiring extra time just to shower.
The telephone in the room was useless; it was just a display.
There was no elevator.
This hotel needs a lot of improvement, as it's not good enough for its class at this rate.

Few times been staying here, I gotta say that this hotel might affordable but some points from the facilities are good, but some need to be fixed. The service and hospitality quite good, the bedroom quite comfy, but the bathroom need to be cleaned, sometimes the water heater is off and sometimes the staffs forget to bring the toiletries. Overall, if you need budget hotel to sleep, this one is good to go.

Close access to Istiqlal Mosque, Juanda Station, and Pasar Senen. The receptionist, security and OB are quite friendly, the Wi-Fi is fast, the room size is just right, the atmosphere is calm, and the cleanliness is quite well maintained in the hotel area.

Strategic hotel and can go anywhere, certainly close to Senen Station. I happened to stay here overnight to catch the morning train departure time to Surabaya. The hotel room is clean, comfortable, not noisy, friendly staff, large parking area, the best.
