The location is very strategic, close to the Juanda Airport toll gate. The rooftop is beautiful, with views of the Al-Akbar Mosque and the sunset. The staff are all friendly. The lobby is cool and fragrant.

The room was very comfortable, with prayer equipment.
The room also smelled good. It's a budget hotel, but not cheap. There was a welcome drink at the rooftop cafe.
But I didn't try it because I was tired.
The lobby was also comfortable and clean. The toilet in the lobby also smelled good.
Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room had water pooling under the sink, and it wasn't dry until I checked out. But it wasn't a problem.
Hopefully, if I come to Surabaya again, I can stay here again. Thank you.

Very satisfying, clean rooms, service is also very friendly and polite. I happened to book 3 rooms, and there was a nephew's item left in the room. The officer was quick, thank God the item was found and has been returned to us. 😍👍🏻

Please fix the elevator. It's a shame that the location is strategic and the service is good, but the elevator is oh my God, especially when the hotel is full, you can queue for 20 minutes.

Fun. Starting from the security in front. Location? Fun. The call to prayer of the Al-Akbar mosque can be heard in the room. The man who cleans the room, please ask him. So that the room stays clean

the location is very strategic with Al Akbar mosque, just cross the street, I have been doing iktikaf in the mosque for 2 years, only this year the supporting facilities are not quite right, namely a 1 cm lift that can be used, only the size is around 1.5 x 2 m... as a result we go up and down more using the stairs... count it as exercise
but overall it is comfortable
