The staff is friendly, the room size is quite spacious and easy access everywhere.

First of all, the hotel location is very strategic, with nearby 24 hours pharmacy, numerous restaurants and cafes to chill out or to hold a meeting. The hotel staffs were very friendly and actively helping the guests. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They also provides hearty breakfast in the morning on 7 AM. Overall, I was truly pleased with my experience staying in this hotel. Just a quick additional note, please bring your own toothbrush set, since the hotel did not include toothbrush as their complimentary amenities.

A very comfortable place to stay with family, friendly and friendly employees. Close to Oro-oro Dowo Market & also shopping centers, there are King Burger, Bakso Kirun, nice to be able to walk to MATOS too.

The staff is kind and very helpful. The area is peaceful, not noisy and close to shops and minimarkets. Not far from campuses. The room is clean, there is a mini fridge and the toilet is also clean. Please pay more attention to the lights because the night light can't be turned on so you have to use the main light to sleep. Room cleaning is also possible once every 2 days for customers who have a stay of more than 3 days. The TV channels can also be improved so that they are more varied because most of them are doubled. Overall, this is good, the price is also affordable and worth it🫶👍.

We can also walk to the legendary culinary center of Pasar Oro-oro Dowo. The mall is also relatively close. For those who do not expect much about the breakfast menu, staying here feels comfortable and can be repeated in the future

The location is very strategic, close to Starbucks, Kimia Farma, Kopi Kenangan, Pasar Oro-oro Dowo. Parking is quite good, a bit difficult to maneuver if the hotel is crowded. The lobby and dining room are beautiful and clean. The room is spacious, about 5 x 4 meters not including the bathroom. The mattress is comfortable, very dusty under the mattress and the contents of the drawers are not cleaned. The bathroom is quite comfortable, there is hot water, the pressure is just not strong enough.

Comfortable and close to the city center, easy access. The facilities provided are good and suitable for those who want to bring a family group.

for me and my family who usually travel between cities with our own equipment, nat-nat homestay is considered luxurious as a place to rest; our beds are comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, there is hot water for taking a bath at night and relaxing in the bathtub after going around Malang all day, breakfast is also provided. the price is also reasonable if we compare the service and amenities of nat-nat homestay with hotels that provide similar room conditions. overall my family and I had a satisfying stay at nat-nat homestay. here are some notes about what to bring for those who want to stay here (not a criticism of the homestay because what is paid for is what you get): first imagine what items you will need if you rent a luxury boarding house for a few days. the thing that needs to be fixed the most is the TV. indeed we also did not ask for help from the homestay because we immediately improvised by connecting the TV to a laptop via the HDMI that was already installed on the TV so that we could watch, and this improvisation was because the digital TV did not appear and only sound. but the TV works, it's just not connected to the antenna and the built-in digital TV. It might be a problem for other guests who don't bring a laptop or don't even understand how to connect a TV via HDMI even though they bring a laptop.

the place is comfortable, strategic, you can go anywhere nearby, just walk, it's just that the parking lot is very limited when it's full, if it's more than 1 day and the room is left, the room is ordered to be cleaned, because our room wasn't cleaned because we didn't order it to be cleaned but overall it's good, we occupied the family room during the Eid holiday

The best thing about staying here is that it's close to CFD and if you want to eat, there are many choices. The rest of this homestay is still not satisfactory for the price, which is quite expensive for a homestay of this class ☹️

The staff is very friendly and helpful with umbrellas when it rains. Unfortunately, there is a lack of housekeeping staff, so the room is dirty, especially the bathroom. The soap smells stale, not fragrant. The sheets and pillowcases are no longer suitable for use because they are already brownish yellow. This criticism is not to bring down, but for future improvements.

Very strategic location, close with car free day location on sunday morning. For the room the furniture were quite old fashioned and need to renewal. In overall nat nat mantap.
