Second, you also complained about the sandals and electric kettle, even though it is clear that we are a 2-star hotel, not a 3-star or above, if you want to demand facilities that are of a 3-star or above class, please stay at a hotel that is indeed a 3-star or above class, because our place is indeed a 2-star, right? In our opinion, it is not right if we are a 2-star hotel, how can we be demanded to fulfill the facilities that you want of a 3-star hotel. Third, you said that the towels and blankets were dirty, can we, the hotel, ask for proof of what you have written in the review, because I dare to risk my position and salary that there is no way there is dirty laundry, because all the laundry we use is fresh from the laundry and has also gone through the QC process.
