This hotel is very near with the center of Lembang. The hotel is very clean and satisfying, except the breakfast. The foods needs to improve for its taste, its restaurant itself (more spacious would be fine), and cleanliness in restaurant. But overall already good to stay around Lembang.

I really enjoying the time when spending the night here! The staffs were nice, the room was clean and spacious, and the food was great especially the bakwan (bala-bala). Definitely will stay here again next time!

The hotel and room were quite nice, but the downside was the distance to the city center, which was quite far, especially during peak season, so getting there was quite time-consuming.
The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the limited breakfast variety. The rooftop breakfast area is nice, though.

It's okay, the room's AC is really cold... but there's something that's been reduced, breakfast is rice, only 2 vegetables, on YouTube there are 3 and other menus and in the lobby there are no drinks provided like in the video... but everything is okay

Stayed 3 days 2 nights here, overall satisfied with the affordable price, got a fairly spacious and clean room. The car park is also spacious, the service in the lobby, especially the security, is very helpful for us both in parking the car and unloading goods. It's just a shame that the variety of food at breakfast is not much, if the variety of food is much I give 100 for this hotel.

The location is on the side of the road, easy to find. Parking is very spacious. I was only able to check in at almost 3 pm and the FO gave me the wrong room, a room that was already occupied by other guests was given to us. Luckily we were still in the lobby and had not gone upstairs. The room was spacious, with a large bed and lots of pillows. The bathroom was also clean but the refrigerator leaked, water came out and it was slippery. My child almost slipped several times. The pool is also kids friendly, big and clean. The food is delicious, the chili sauce is really delicious.

my suggestion for the hotel:
1. TV is very small, it's better to replace it with a bigger one
2. Toilet lights are dim... are you afraid of seeing spoiled ones? The sink is clogged, the technician has come but it's still not running smoothly.
3. Replace the pillowcase with a cleaner, fresher one... vacuum the sofa bed...
4. High season rates are high, also match the food menu
That's all I can say... hopefully there will be improvements in the future..
