Cozy quiet and cool place to staycation. So many green landcape, its friendly for kids too, near with mall also. The service also in hotel standard qualification. Love to visit this hotel in the future

The property is very huge and super green! But what I have noticed is for the cleanliness of this hotel is bad. In the hotel room, I found 1 cockroach in the bathroom also maintenance such as the lobby is very hot in daylight, better to add some AC or fan it is not convenient for customers. The last one is hospitality needs to be improved, once I call the receptionist and ask for additional Towel but it is not delivered to my room, I have never been told what was the reason and why? I really looking forward to the improvements here, this hotel served the best area and excellent architecture should be the hospitality and cleanly also comes first!

Staying here feels like a vacation outside the city, the atmosphere is shady plus rain, the air is fresh, especially after dawn hanging out on the balcony drinking views of the trees plus the chirping of birds, the big pool is really small, very satisfied, can swim at night too, the staff is super super friendly, the breakfast is pretty good even though it's not too many variations but enough, big room but using carpet maybe those with allergies can request no need to use carpet or roll it up, the bathtub doesn't have a lid but mamak has a lot of sense so that the leaky can still soak, next time I will stay again I guess, already like it

Stay okay from the rooms and facilities, for housekeeping the bathroom glass toilet is not clean there are spots of dust or dirt. For room service, it seems like an apprentice or new student should be able to charge directly using a deposit at the reception but he insists he can't have to pay a cash bill. And did not show a friendly nature when asking for a sign for food charge. A bit disappointed because the service is lacking. Pay more attention because I'm a hospitality person too, hopefully it can be improved even more, because it's a 5 star hotel in Palembang. I'm extending Room 260 today, hopefully there won't be a disappointing attitude from the hotel.

I enjoy vacationing at this hotel, the location is in the middle of the city, next to it there is a mall, the rooms are spacious, there are lots of shady trees, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is not varied, it's delicious, it's just not much and if you call the cleaning services it takes a long time, even though you pressed the bell and found it in the hallway, they said yes but didn't come until I checked out, btw I also got a food order from the room, only my order didn't match the initial order, I asked for what was delivered but what was delivered was very expensive, I already complained but no responsibility from the kitchen. Hopefully in the future it will be better.
