It is very nice to have the experience to stay at this hotel. The facilities offered are complete, in the room there is even an iron and desk which is of course very useful for those who are stopping in Surabaya just for business trips. The room is spacious, there is a refrigerator, table and equipment for eating and drinking. The room facilities offered are in accordance with the description displayed. Cool.

The food is delicious, there are many variations, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable but too cold even though the AC has been turned off, it's been 4 times to oakwood the service is always friendly.

After almost 2 years of not being able to vacation, finally decided to go on a staycation, every day in Malang seeing the green scenery, longing to see the city view from above, missing the atmosphere of seeing city views and lights from a height because there is still a pandemic, we don't dare to take a plane for a long vacation. So the city view from the 19th floor represents a little bit of longing to get on a plane. Super clean rooms, complete cooking utensils, there is laundry too, very satisfying.

The rooms are very large, free. Advanced features are managed by the in-room tablet. Nice view because of bsr window. The only drawback is very small trash cans, both in the room and in the bathroom. Especially if you bring your family here. WIFI is also reliable. Breakfast is varied, and all delicious. Satisfied staying here.

Anyway, it's great, we go to the hotel early, check in, the room according to the order is not ready, now the service is amazing, we don't have to wait for the reception staff to upgrade our room so we can go straight to the room. The hotel is comfortable, spacious and solid.

Kualitas ranjang, teknologi-perangkat, handuk, pelayanan bagus. Jika membawa mobil sendiri, harus kearah B2, parkir, bawa koper ke lantai L (recepsionis), repot jika bawa banyak barang (apes. Saat tidak ada petugas yang membantu & dapat parkir di B3 ke bawah). Jika datang via taksi/online bisa turun di drop off area, tinggal naik lift ke recepsionis.

Best hotel di kawasan Surabaya Utara, jika dibandingkan hotel dengan kelas yang sama, fasilitas kamar yang dipunyai jauh lebih sempurna, pelayanan juga the best, sempet ada barang tertinggal tapi resepsionis atas nama Yunita bener-bener membantu. Mungkin ke depan varian menu lebih dibanyakin.
