The AC in the room was leaking but a technician came immediately, it took 30 minutes. My mother's room was flooded. The swimming pool was quite okay, the water was not too cold.

For a 4 Star Hotel, Type 1 beds are twin beds that are combined so that there is a gap in the middle of the mattress, my 8 month old baby could not sleep comfortably. The pillows are big and hard, the TV position is not symmetrical in the middle of the mattress, At breakfast time there was no staff in the restaurant, We had to call the receptionist to ask for a baby chair at breakfast, the food was all cold, the taste was very bad for a 4 Star standard. We stayed at KMR 522, Disappointing.

The place is very strategic for everywhere and also close to everywhere, but the TV often has problems, and the AC is not too cold but still okay. The service is friendly and honest, yesterday after checking in the room, it turned out I left my phone behind, I rushed back and asked the staff for help, when I came back fortunately the phone was still there. Booked 3 rooms here, premier type, Really like this hotel, the service is perfect. Clean rooms, clean swimming pool, clean toilets, I really like it! The staff is fast. Ask for anything and they will deliver it immediately 😍. The food is also delicious, just not many choices, overall everything is delicious. Like it! Maintain cleanliness and everything, hopefully next time there will be more food choices, and hopefully there will be a playground for children to play 💞.
