It is difficult to go anywhere because the location is far from the city center, the description of the hotel is also different from the original, it looks not maintained, it is not clean and the service takes a while to check in because there is only 1 staff visible. The air conditioner is not cold, no toiletries, the bed sheets have lots of stains, the bathroom is crusty and the room has cigarette ash. Please improve again for all.

Feeling cheated. The building doesn't seem to be your own, the parking lot smells dirty, it's located on the 3rd floor and you have to go up the stairs and all of this was not informed.

This is not a hotel. this is a guesthouse, if the budget can be thin here. Easy eating access. But the gate is closed at night. Unfortunately when you get a lot of eyes look towards the guests coming. less comfortable. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is clean, the view of Bandung is okay.

What a mess, the bathroom is so dirty. Old ceramic does not matter as long as it is clean, it does not seem to have been cleaned for a long time. Because the crust is dirty in very thick ceramics. Look at the clay. Then the bed is just a board that has been swayed, so it always sounds every time we move. lodging location on the 3rd floor, no elevator. So thinkin about which parent or baby to bring.

I ordered in an online application, it can't be rescheduled but after phone to the inn, rescheduling is allowed ... it's just a pity that the 3rd floor is quite tired because I have to go up the stairs there is no elevator access ... 🙏. if the room is worth it according to the price 😀
