The hotel is an old building, the ceiling is hollow, the rooms are damp, the lights are dark, the lights are spooky, the rooms are dirty, really not worth staying.

Bad rooms are not like in their profile, there is no air conditioning, it's not worth this hotel room, bad service employees are not friendly, ask for a room move, they say it's sold out, even though the application is still ready, there are no rooms sold, but if the standard room doesn't have air conditioning, interior really bad, there is no wifi and no signal, it's like entering a haunted house, no toiletries, no drinking water baths, the atmosphere of the hotel is spooky with lack of lighting. Just checked in and immediately came out, so I didn't stay because it wasn't really worth it. I'm sorry.

The rooms are quite comfortable, quite spacious. The facilities provided are sufficient for a backpacker. Maybe it's difficult to find cheap culinary because it's a bit far.

Very bad service, not in accordance with the application, all facilities are damaged, cannot change rooms, a lot of garbage. And I decided to pull it out at the same time I took the key, count the charity and the place to stay, thank you!

The rooms are dirty, the walls have a musty smell, so they are dirty. The curtains are dirty, there are cockroaches. Toilet, bathroom dirty, flush doesn't work. No wifi, no cellphone signal, AC doesn't work, all TV broadcasts are messy

Petugas di front office ga ramah, pas dateng mau check in ga nanyain tanda pengenal sama sekali, ngasih kunci terus bilang tuh disitu pak tunjuk jari, boro-boro nganter beranjak aja nggak. Pas masuk kamar yang saya pesen yang family, yang bed nya 2 deh pokoknya, dinding nya retak, lampu suram, jadi serem sama takut g aman. Akhirnya ga jadi nginep ga smp 30 menit langsung kabur cari hotel lain. Ga lagi-lagi deh.

In the room there is no internet signal! The hotel staff said the signal can only be obtained in the lobby or on the hotel page. Even though his intention to stay at the hotel was to facilitate communication with the nurses or doctors of the RSHS where my parents were being treated. And I didn't get information about this internet signal at the beginning when I wanted to book, one of us was forced to sleep in the lobby until morning for fear of a call/WA from a nurse or doctor. Wanted to move hotels, it turned out that other hotels around RSHS were full. I don't recommend it.

It was chaotic from the start, there was a seal in arrears in paying taxes. When you enter the room, it feels dirty, worn out, that's right. The bed mattress is noisy, the blankets smell bad. No toothbrush and soap. Strange
