1. The towels are like pellets. 2. Seprey the former org used before, lots of haircuts, and there are traces of semen. 3. The pillowcase is black and smelly. 4. AC even though there are two units but it is not cold. Very not worth selling at a price of rp. 252,000. My advice on the application is to sell uninhabitable rooms like this. thank you

The location of the hotel is not clear where because it is joined by a shop and office and to check in must go to another building and there is no one to direct so ask questions here and there, the check-in process is long and the guest info that is staying ask to be moved because of the smell of cigarette smoke. First the service is far from feasible, from starting to check-in at 2 pm in fact I just entered or check-in at 18:00, Not in accordance with the agreement applied, to the second when confirmation to the receptionist, They stated because of the new year many were rent and bring keys, and others that I don't think makes sense, to the 3rd I've even booked from far away for a decent room but in fact there are even rooms that are rented on the spot that day too so when already already already already booking and paying at my crew came even when the customer asked if they could get the money back instead they took their hands off and confirmed it to the other parties or people. And lastly many until the evening room application status is in fact when to the full room status location. I am a little concerned about the standard of service because they do not prioritize the priority, for example those already boking and paying, or the elderly, small children, etc. Even until 7 pm there are still many who queue up for the rooms promised by the tenants. That's all the info I have to say.

We canceled the stay, didn't match the photos, were very disappointed, the cyclone was very uncomfortable, the CS office was closed, relocated. The room smells of cigarette smoke, not clean enough. We are looking for another hotel, photos should be adjusted. Very severe and detrimental due to waste of money for 4 rooms.

The room provided did not match what was booked. Dirty and smelly bathroom. TV is broken. The mattress is very uncomfortable, the springs of the mattress are felt so uncomfortable to sleep. Room air conditioner leaked until it flooded on the floor.

The employees were slow, could get a room with a power failure, was told to take his own new key down from the 9th floor to be moved to a room on the 3rd floor but the floor was dirty, the mattress was wet.
