really bad place. bright flashing lights on the balcony that light up the rooms and never get turned off. the neighborhood is not charming. smells like mold. many rooms with no windows. the terraces hot as fire in the morning in the direct sunlight. though they were nice enough to cook us breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is so so. Garbage in the bin from previous visitors still there at check in. At night, there are dogs that bark for a long time (yes, just be advised because there are lots of dogs on Samosir). Friendly owner. Sorry the photos don't match.

Said the hotel is full even though it was sold to someone else. Because it was already late, I was forced to take a room offered by another type of room which was small, smelled of carrion. No hot water, no drinking water. Wow, I'm bringing a small child, do you think?
