They give room, different with my order. Bath room outside of bed room. Too small parking space.

My experience. I booked the room with the cheapest price, I thought every room would have an ensuite bathroom, but the one I booked didn't have a bathroom. In the end, I negotiated with the receptionist, long story short, I added 50% (I booked 2 rooms) for each room. And I got a room with an attached bathroom. As for cleanliness, it is very dirty. In the cupboard there were lots of used contraceptives (condoms) in the bathroom, lots of the shower was broken (not suitable) and the toilet was also broken.

Unprofessional, I paid in full on the application, until the hotel said the rooms were full, even though the online agent had informed me but the reason was that the morning shift was not informed about the night shift, it was the hotel's fault. Ask for more on the grounds that the remaining rooms available are better. What the hell, unreasonable and unprofessional. Don't worry, just book at this hotel once.

The price does not match the application. The price has almost doubled. Without an apology, the hotel said it was in accordance with the hotel SOP.

The first to get an air-conditioned room when I ordered. Eh, until the place even got non-AC, the bathroom was extraordinary, the receptionist said there was an error. Please fix it again, so that in the future there will be no more cases like this.

It turns out that the facilities provided are fans and bathrooms outside, so you have to add 40 thousand to move to an AC room and bathroom inside. The water in the bathroom is also right when it crashes, wow, the color of the water is black and dirty. Mineral water is also not available. Well, tired of it.
