Worst place ever, the first time I stayed there the staff were unfriendly, the old building is really more suitable for a place for genies to dump their children, I didn't even stay in the room for an hour because I couldn't stand it, the mattress was like it was from the 40s, cockroaches everywhere, it really gave me goosebumps

apologize to traveloka, this is the place to stay why it does not match the one in the photo, when I arrived there the place looked uninhabitable, the key was rusty, it could be opened for all rooms so that security was not guaranteed, the quality and environment were not worthy of being called a resident, please if you want to register a traveloka partner, you can go down directly to see the partner. I did not stay with the condition of the place like that, as a regular traveloka customer this time I am disappointed with the place that is a traveloka partner. I just want justice here, please return my funds because here I feel disadvantaged by traveloka and its partners. thank you. hopefully there is a policy and it is taken seriously by traveloka🙏🏻 if there is a word more than "very bad" then the resident place deserves to be given to that place.

The mattress is just a bed frame, not a mattress that can be slept on, the pillows smell of sweat like they have never been dried or washed, fortunately the blanket doesn't smell too bad, so it can still be used as a sleeping mat, there is mold everywhere, the walls are cracked, the bathroom faucet has black crust, the TV is broken, the LCD is broken,

After changing rooms twice, I finally upgraded to a double bed which was a bit better but not that good. The mattress was hard, the bedsheet had lots of spots, the bathroom ceramic floor was cracked, so be careful, the water was only on in the shower, and there was lettuce left in the sink.
