The mattress has a lot of mites, the water is dead from dawn until noon, there is no attempt to handle it or prior notification, it interferes with activities, the service is not good.

It's not about the facilities that have to be luxurious, we as customers also know that everything is within the budget, but is it that difficult to pay attention to cleanliness? Very dirty area and room. In the room there is a cat sleeping, its fur is scattered everywhere, cigarette butts are scattered everywhere and the toilet is dirty like it has never been brushed. Next time, pay more attention to cleanliness. The service is ordinary, maybe because the price is cheap, but is that okay? Usually it's not like that in other places, at least check first the room that the customer wants to use is clean or not, don't just give the key and then it's clear that it doesn't match the picture!

Most of the girls who book are not correct, the service is not friendly, the room smells, there are lots of mites, the staff is drunk, I ordered but was given a room like a warehouse. Please give this officer an education. Don't be so stupid. Just checked in straight home. Lost 120 thousand. Regret and give up here again.

Jadi kemaren nginep tuh di sana. Very bad tidak direkomendasikan. Tidak menunjukkan OYO, tampilan lebih kayak rumah lama yang ga ditinggali. Kamar no 7 terutama. Wastafel rusak tidak ada air, lantai kamar mandi super licin tidak pernah disikat semua kotor kuning-kuning sampe ke WC duduknya ga bisa di flush, shower rusak, ember dan gayung licin seperti ga pernah dicuci. Selain itu, kamar no 7 bener bener bau rokok sampe nyerep ke AC jadi ngirup juga langsung sakit tenggorokan + batuk sepanjang malam hingga pagi saking kotornya mungkin ga pernah dicuci AC nya. Kamar lembab cat mengelupas jamuran, kasur penuh tungau dan kutu kasur bener bener gatal kekulit, bawah ranjang sangat kotor sampah-sampah. TV bersemut, galon, sabun dan handuk pun bahkan tidak dikasih. Semoga bisa introspeksi dan memperbaiki. Buat yang suka kebersihan sangat sangat tidak akan cocok. Tapi untuk lokasi strategis sekali dekat stasiun, kerkof, pasar, alfamart, indomaret. Semoga ada pembaharuan ke depannya! 🙏🏻.

Sesuai sama foto, tempatnya enak bersih, parkir luas, AC dingin, cuma airnya gak terlalu panas hanya hangat saja. Harga murah tapi oke. Cocok buat di pake istirahat ketika ke Garut.

I checked in late at 12 pm because the intention was to just transit here. But when I arrived, it turned out that the room I booked had not been cleaned, the bed sheets had not been changed. The hotel clerk asked for time to change first. When I changed it and tried to lie down, my body suddenly had bumps and itchy bumps when I looked at it, it turned out that there were a lot of big mites on the mattress. It's okay, for lessons, don't be tempted by cheap prices.

When you enter, the receptionist is not on standby, there are no towels, the gallon of drinking water is empty, the hot water doesn't work, there is still soap from the previous guest. There is no Qibla direction, the hallway tends to be dark.
