Very bad service, the front desk was very dirty and then given a room that did not match what was ordered. The rooms are very dirty, the bathroom smells, in the blankets there are lots of ants and cockroaches, the pillows are dirty and moldy, the sheets are dirty, the tv is crumbly, like it's not an inn in general! Kapok will not order here again!

Crazy right, there is no plug for the charger in the room. no WIFI. towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste must ask to be given one by one. The worst OYO
