Baru kali ini sih nginep di hotel harus nombok duit tambahan karena pas cek in, mas mas resepsionisnya bilang kalau harga nginap sudah ga sama dengan harga di apk traveloka, selisih lebih mahal jadi nombok 25 ke.

- Harga yang tertera di aplikasi tidak mutlak, sampe lokasi diminta nambah lagi.- tempat reservasi & lokasi roomnya aga jauh.- tidak ada baner/petunjuk di lokasi bikin orang bingung.- TV ada doang tapi ga ada chanelnya.

Harga hotel tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi dengan alasan weekend. Trus untuk pengambilan kuncinya berbeda tempat. Jadi harus bolak-balik. Ga recommended nih tempat nya.

The price does not match the application because when checking in additional money was asked for. The mattress is dirty. Many mosquitoes. The toilet cannot be locked. The receptionist was missing so it was difficult to checkout.

The pluses: the receptions are quite friendly, the rooms are pretty clean for Oyo sizes. Minuses: the price doesn't match between the application and the real one when you come there, so you have to add it, even though if you display the price in this application, it's just the real price. There are no toiletries (towels, soap, toothbrushes) at all. So this is only suitable for transit, if you make a staycation, it becomes a peer for us. Thanks.

A hotel that makes people traumatized, dirty, stuffy, no towels, no toothbrush, soap, the receptionist is not there, the wa is not active, it's terrible, if there is a minus 10 star I give minus, the owner pleases. Look for quality employees.

The receptionist should be on standby 24 hours at the place, it's complicated to check in or check out, you have to call or WA first.
