It was nice to stay there. The room is spacious and clean. It 's near the mall and many food stalls especially during night.

AC non working properly, event has been set-up to 16 degree but stiil not cool. I'm can't sleep at that night. And many small animals like fly in the bath room caused not clean. Unsatisfied.

Dirty room, next to the bed there was a used condom plastic, hair scattered on the bed sheet. The bathroom could not be closed.

Really disappointing stay experience: 1. Complained that the TV didn't turn on for an hour, when I complained again, the receptionist called the owner. It didn't turn on because I hadn't paid for the vision. At that time, the receptionist said: "I already told you but the lady still came here". Like what. Zero friendliness. 2. Water gallons are available outside the dispenser. If you want to pour, you have to lift the gallon first. 3. In the morning, the receptionist played music quite loudly, very disturbing. 4. 40 minutes before check out time, the receptionist knocked on the door and immediately opened it without being invited. The door was not locked because we used the key to open the bathroom (yes, the bathroom door was broken). Really shocked, usually when staying anywhere, we don't immediately open the door carelessly. The accommodation that should have been a favorite was tarnished because the receptionist's unfriendly attitude. No plans to return to stay at this property.

When viewed from the outside, the hotel is quite clean, the atmosphere is also comfortable for resting, but there is only one light switch in the room, so the room can only be too bright and very dark, besides the sheets have dirty spots and the pillows smell musty so it is uncomfortable.
