The hotel is dirty, bed linen smells musty looks the sheets have never been washed, the bathroom is very dirty (the door is broken, dirty water, in the morning the water does not work). AC is not cold, TVs in all rooms are broken, walls are peeling. The nuances inside the hotel and the rooms are scary.

No TV, lots of mosquitoes. But it's pretty clean and lots of food stalls around the hotel. I think with a place near the airport and repairs to facilities there might be many who stay overnight.
