We had such a delightful and impressive experience staying at Padma Hotel Semarang. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. What truly stood out was their excellent service; every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, hallways, or restaurant, was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were another highlight that made us fall in love with the hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a bathtub, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully scented, and we were lucky to get one with a stunning view. The kids’ playground offered various safe and fun options for children, which was perfect since our visit coincided with the school holiday season. There were also plenty of activities for children, making the experience enjoyable not only for parents but especially for our little ones. About the food; honestly, everything was delicious! There wasn’t a single dish we didn’t like. Huge thanks to the chef and the entire kitchen team for serving such high-quality meals. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were also incredibly efficient and attentive. Although we had a packed itinerary, and our child didn’t get the chance to enjoy the foam party at the kids' pool, we are already planning to return in the future. Spent 1 night here for family vacation and it was amazing, the staff are helpful and friendly as well as accommodating, there are so many activities for your kids, from the pool to game room, the breakfast also amazing and various. Will back for sure

My family and I had a great experience staying at Padma Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I asked for an early check-in and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were perfect for families. My nephew loved the pool and game area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options, including kid-friendly choices. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Would love to be back. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff is very friendly especially Mrs. Rahel and Mrs. Zhafira, we used the Hollywood room, the bed is enough for a family with 2 children, the breakfast is very varied and very tasty, this hotel is also very kids friendly especially the water park.

We had a wonderful stay at Padma Semarang. The hotel is beautiful and very kid-friendly. During our stay, we received a thoughtful birthday compliment for my child, which was arranged by Ms. Putri and her team — it was truly touching and made our experience even more special.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed in our room was huge, although a bit too soft for those who are used to firmer or orthopedic mattresses — something to keep in mind if you have back issues.
The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Special thanks to Mr. David from the restaurant, who was incredibly helpful when my child wasn’t feeling well and wanted to eat in the room instead of the restaurant.
Overall, it was a memorable experience and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the entire team.

Our stay in the family room was very comfortable for two adults and two children. The children's area with the bunk bed was a definite highlight, boasting engaging decor that the kids loved.
Although the price was quite steep, we felt it was entirely commensurate with the high level of comfort, security, and service we received. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and we appreciated the multitude of activities available for children. Breakfast was decent, though we've had better options in Semarang.

All good, except they serve pork at breakfast and didn't separate the cutlery. So it is a consideration to visit again as a muslim

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they all seem to care about the guests. The room service food was delicious at a reasonable price, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Our moment staying there was amazing, I would stay there again if I go to Semarang next time.
