My stay at Padma Resort Legian for 3D2N was very memorable and wonderful. The hotel staffs, Ari & Oki gave exceptional service, they were very professional and helpful. The hotel gave me free upgraded room to the new deluxe chalet and early check in at 10. AM. In short: superb service, excellent staff, beautiful atmosphere, a lot of free of charge outdoor activities. I'll definitely come back to this highly recommended hotel, thank you padma legian!

Padma legian never fails me, first time stays at padma on chalet and this time they upgraded me again to chalet. Service was excellent, they remember me even informs me whether dinner I ordered is halal or not. If you staying at padma suggest to spend the whole day in it, they have 3 pools, infinity, main and lagoon. Unfortunately during my stay, lagoon is closed due to pandemic, less guest. However orther activity avails, yoga, archery, bubble war, fish feeding etc. breakfast is ala carte, they will give you menu to pick when you arrived. Wish things get back to normal cause padma breakfast is grande, you can find almost everything! Check in is at 3pm, check out 12pm. Late check out depends on availability.

We've stayed at the Padma in their beautiful garden club chalets four or five times, and every time, we've been impressed with the service and the staff. The gardens are fantastic, filled with frangipani trees and fish ponds stocked with koi (and some turtles). The sculptures in the gardens are also amazing.

Stayed here few times and love the Padma would have to say the buffet breakfast is not as good as I recall with designated seating and extremely hot . And no real adult area so smokers and vapers even though there is one spot at the infinity pool to smoke you have to be sitting in the water at the swim up bar and one side only so extremely limited area . The area should be strictly for adults as there were a lot of kids everywhere despite it not being school holidays ????

Always a favourite with Australian families. Lots of kids and breakfast is chaotic and no air conditioning. My favourite place with a group of friends was the Skai Pool (make a booking when you first arrive). The bungalows were lovely and cocktails & pool smoothies delicious. The only thing is there is no personalised service here, you are just another number.

The hotel is stunning in every way. All the public areas; lobby, restaurants, pool areas, pathways etc are so clean and beautifully maintained. The room itself was large and clean with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel. The bathroom was spacious with a freestanding bath. The walk in shower was huge! Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly whilst being highly efficient at their jobs. For such a big hotel it never seemed to be over busy. There were rarely any queues to either be seated at breakfast or for any of the food stations. Similarly at the pools. We went to both the adult infinity pool and the main pool. Occasionslly there were no available loungers at the adult pool around lunchtime / early afternoon but we never had any problem finding chairs around the main pool. Food was excellent throughout the resort. Not the cheapest but excellent quality and well worth the price. Around the pools orders were taken from and brought to you at your loungers by numerous and highly attentive staff. The staff especially Overall a superb hotel and wonderfully relaxing experience.

The Padma is amazing. Huge hotel, not crowded despite being full, amazing food, service and beautiful rooms.
Most importantly for me- pool is not crowded and they display their pool test results! No Bali belly for us as the pool is well looked after. Despite being 35 years old, you do not feel the age of this hotel. LOVE LOVE, cannot wait to go back.

Felt totally pampered from the moment we arrived. Staff very well trained and really take pride in their work. Breakfast was busy but it never felt like that affected the service or the excellent quality of food. Our deluxe bungalow had everything to accommodate us comfortably and was squeaky clean. The bedding was heavenly, we regularly slept for 9 hours!

Wanted to spend my 50th birthday at somewhere a little fancier than where we normally stay. Padma exceeded all expectations. Absolutely amazing landscape blown away by the gardens. Staff were attentive loved it.
